Playing outside,,, We love summer!!!!

Eva's Birthday...

Today was my baby girl's birthday!!! We had a pretty relaxed day which was nice!!! We started off the day just like any other Saturday with our traditional pancake breakfast then we hung out and watched tv till Hugo got home from work so we could let her open her gifts. She was so funny she would not even look at what the present was till every single piece of wrapping paper was off then she would get super excited! After presents we loaded up into the car and went to ColdStone to get some ice cream before Hugo had to go back to work. After he left for the night my side of the family came over to help me finish the rest of the massive cake from the party! My parents told the girls to wait inside while they got their surprise ready and we went outside. Then they brought out the bike they had got Eva and then surprised Mia with a bike too! Mia has had bikes before but everytime we move they seem to dissapear! She has never had one without training wheels and she is super scared of learning to ride without them! Then we all came back inside and the girls gave us makeovers with Eva's new salon set, which would explaine all the pictures of us covered in glitter!!! I was such a great day I can't believe she is officially 3 WOW!!! Can't tell you enough how much I love you goof! HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!!!!!

Eva's 3rd Birthday Party...

Today was Eva's 3rd Birthday party. She had decided she wanted a Tinkerbell party so we picked the park, rented a slide, and had some food. She was so cute for like 2 days before the party she would make me sing Happy Birthday to her and she would practice blowing out her candles! She loved running around, opening her gifts and trying to blow out the candles! I did not have such a great time at first! For those of you who don't know how I am about parties, I get a little weird with wanting everything perfect! My mom sat all day making the tissue paper flowers I had the center pieces all done with fresh flowers tonz of framed pictures to display and balloons galore, which I tied onto the stroller to walk over to the park! I must have looked like a complete idiot! But anyways the wind was so bad when we were setting up that I could not use anything I had planned!!! I had my usual meltdown and then just told myself, just try to enjoy the party and I did!
I can't believe my baby is turning 3 it seems like yesterday I was calling my mom from the hospital and telling her to hurry cause I was going in for an emergency C-section and ended up with this 5lb 5oz little bundle of joy! Time flies, she is growing too quickly and I love this little ball of energy more than words can express! I love you my little Goofy, I have a feeling you are going to be trouble in a few years!!!!

Mia had her spring dance concert tonight and she was amazing! Mia you are turning into a great dancer! Lots of Love!

Mia's last day of school...

Today was Mia's last day of school and I am so excited! We can't wait for summer, although Mia loved school I think she was ready for the break!!!!

My little Tinkerbell...

One week from today my baby will be 3!!!! I can not believe how fast she is growing, she is such a goofball! So much different then Mia was at this age, Mia was so calm and obedient, Eva is total opposite! I love her to death and could not imagine my life without her!

When we asked her what she wanted the theme of her party to be she said Tinkerbell, she is obsessed with fairies and butterflies or as she calls them "dooflies" I can not convince her they are called butterflies! When we were in Disneyland she wanted a Tinkerbell dress up, but they are sooooo expensive and I knew if she got one that Mia would have to have one too so I decided to make them some dressups! Mia decided she wanted to wear her's as a skirt and after doing these pics I am sure that Eva will want to for the party too! I wanted to get some pics of her early so I could put them on the invitation so me and Shandee met up at Jill's house to use her secret garden in her backyard. I did not take into consideration that we had just went to her 3yr check up and she had to have a Hep shot that she was missing, did not even process that she would not be feeling well after and would want to sleep and get a fever until we got to Jill's got them all dressed and headed outside and then meltdown began which you see in the first two pic's!!! She cried forever and then fell asleep on my lap out on the rocks! My legs were hurting and I had not gotten any pics that I really liked so we rolled up Mia's shirt and she slept on the edge of the fountain! She is so funny she will sleep ANYWHERE!!! I got some really great shots of Mia and then decided to throw in the towel! As soon as we left Jill's she started to perk up so I asked if we went to grandmas house if she would take some pretty pic's and she agreed and she did! I still have tonz to edit but here are some! Sorry that was sooooo long!

Mia is getting so big and she is such an amazing little person I just love her to death!!!

She is obviously a dancer I didn't even tell her to pose like this, well I don't ever tell her how to pose she is great in front of the camera! All girl!!!

Field day...

Today was Mia's last full day of school!!! Yeah she had such a great year and had an amazing teacher who she loved! Tomorrow she only has school from 8 to 10:30! I can't wait for summer! They had their field day today and she had a blast, at one point they had a tug-of-war the girls against the boys and the girls won!!! Then Mia said all the boys started crying! I love 6 yr olds!!!

Day of DRAMA...

Do you ever have one of those days that everything is horrible, I had one of those days today!!! It was full of drama, oh and Eva sliced her lip with a razor just as I was leaving to pick up Mia from school! She freaked out and there was blood everywhere and I was a wreck!!! Thank goodness for my mom who came over to help me! This pic was after the bleeding was under control and she thought it was funny to have a band aid on her lip! I pray I don't have another one of these day's again!!!

Last week of school...

We are soooooo excited!!! I can't wait for this week to be over, no more waking up at the crack of dawn to get her ready and driving back and forth from Draper a hundred times a day, Wahoo!!! I am super sad that Mia will not be seeing her bestie Katelyn everyday we but have promised to stay close! We have so much going on the next couple weeks last week of school, dance recitals, Eva's birthday Ahhhh! I feel a little overwhelmed at this point but I will be happy once it is all over!

Today she had crazy hair and P.J. day at school so we made her a bun hawk! I think it is really cute, we saw the idea online and since her hair is so long I thought it would be perfect and fast to do so early in the morning! I hope she has a fun last week of school and that everyone likes her hair today!

Sooo Big...

Look how big our kittens are getting! They are so fun right now, they will jump around and chase the kids when they run and today they ate cat food for the first time and they loved it they kept chomping on it it was so cute cause the little pieces of food are too big for their mouths so they have to bite them in half! They are getting so curious that they wont stay in their little box anymore they jump out as soon as you put them in! The girls just adore them, I love seeing them interact with them!

Here is the mama watching over the kitties while we play with them! She is so funny lately she will bring one of them up to the back sliding glass door when she wants us to come out to play!

Swimming at Jill's...

We went over to Jill and Kelly's house again today to swim. I have a feeling we will be spending most of our summer days there this year since our kids are like little fishes and we can't get them out of the water! Thanks guys for letting us come over again to use your wonderful yard and pool! By the way Mia has not taken off her swimsuit since we got them! As soon as we get home from school she changes into it and has even asked to sleep in it!

Mothers Day part 2...

When we were at Jill's Brandon brought his bike over and asked me to take a few pics of it! So while we were out there Grandma jumped on for a ride, then we convinced my mom to ride which produced the great hair picture and then Shandee jumped on for a quick ride! Enjoy the pics!

Mothers Day...

Happy Mothers Day to all! We had a fun mothers day, Hugo had to work like always so that was a bummer that I didn't get to spend any time with him today, he got me a Dyson Absolute as my gift and I love it!!! Me and the girls headed over to my aunt Jill's for a Bar-B-Que and to swim! The girls had so much fun I had the hardest time getting them out of the pool when it was time to leave! What a fun day!
