We have kittens...

Well that stupid cat that wont leave our house had babies a few weeks ago and we have not been able to find where she hid them! Well my mom finally found them today in a box and so here they are! Mia named them Sparkles and Snowball for the white ones and the one that looks like the mom is Lil and the black one is Lola! I am so not a pet person at least not super needy ones, I love the cows cause they just roam around at eat! But I seriously think the kitties are super cute!!!

This is a statement I find myself saying at least once a day now! It never fails she sneaks it in somehow and always thinks she looks soooo beautiful!!!

Spring Break...

Spring break around here was a little crazy!!! We had a freak snow storm on the 15th it seemed like it was December I didn't get any pics of the crazy storm but we did wake up to no tv internet or phone! One of the big trees in the back yard split and pulled our cable out of the house! So here are some pics of Hugo outside trying to hack down some of the tree!

Easter...

Well we had a great Easter, I decorated eggs with the girls the night before and they had a blast! They got really cute baskets filled with lots of goodies and plasic eggs with money. They also got some super cute dresses, then we headed over to Shandee's for dinner and to hang out with the family! It was a fun day...

*Day 5*

The last day of our trip we spent in Santa Monica at the beach! We decided to go there so Mia could see where part of the new Hannah Montana movie was filmed! It was a little chilly but the girls didn't care! They had so much fun digging in the sand and playing in the water! One of the waves plowed Mia over and she kept telling people that she drowned! It was so funny! I was so sad the vacation was over but it was a great way to spend the last day, relaxing on the beach!

*Day 4*

This was our last day in Disneyland :( We were so sad to be leaving but we had a great last day! We spent most of the day in California Adventure. We saw the High School Musical show which was a must for Mia then we were off to Playhouse Disney Live for Eva! We all loved this show both the girls got into the action and had a blast! Then we spent some time in the bugs life area before it was time to surprise the girls again with lunch with the princesses at Ariel's Grotto! It was so much fun, the food was soooo good and it was nice to sit and relax while all the princesses came to us! After lunch we took the girls down to the boardwalk to play some games and win a few prizes! We had been so busy the other two days that we did not stop to see any of the parades so we ran over to the Magic Kingdom to catch the last parade of the day. As we were getting ready to leave one of the staff members came over to Mia and gave her a button and told her that she was now an Honorary Citizen of Disneyland!!! She thought that was so awesome and still has the button pinned to her pillow on her bed! What a great way to end our Disney getaway!

*Day 3*

Here is our second day in Disneyland we had so much fun! We got to meet Tinkerbell which is the baby's favorite right now! They were so cute with the girls, they kept smelling their flowers on their heads and were super sweet!

Then we headed over to California Adventure to ride Toy Story Mania which ended up being Mia's favorite ride! We had a super fun day with lots of LONG lines and great memories! Here are a few more pictures!

Ok so I am finally posting day 2, wow it took me a whole week! Maybe I will be able to finish the rest of the trip this weekend but I am not promising anything!!!

*Day 2*

This was the day of the big Disneyland reveal! We got up and started to get ready, Mia was begging us to go swimming in the pool so we told her we had decided to go to a different hotel with a huge pool! As I was getting them dressed all Mia kept asking was why are we putting on our regular clothes and not our swim suits I had to keep making up stories to distract her.

We loaded the car back up and started driving, as soon as we got to Harbor Blvd. I turned on the video camera and was asking the girls where we had been and where we were going, then they started seeing all the banners that line the street and Mia said "I think were in Disneyland!" We told her there was no way that we had turned to go home and then she said " Dad, I think you turned the wrong way cause we are in Disneyland, LOOK!" By then we were at the gate and we told them that we had tricked them and we had planned the trip all without them knowing! They were soooo excited!

We spent almost the whole day at the park, here are a few pics from the first day! The lines were really really long, I had to wait in line for almost 45 min. just to get our park hoppers, but it was nice weather and we enjoyed being there as a family!

Family trip...

Ok wow it has been a long time since I have posted! We have had a ton going on and I have sooo much stuff I could blog about before the trip but I hate back blogging so I am just going to start here!

We decided this year to surprise the girls with a trip to Disneyland! My parents were going to be in Vegas that weekend and Mia had been talking about going to M&M World in Vegas so it was the perfect excuse!

*Day 1*

We woke the girls up early Sunday the 5th, loaded the car and headed out! We made it to Vegas just in time to meet up with my family so they could spend a couple hours with us going to go to M&M World and have lunch. Then we were off again! We told Mia that we were going to drive towards home and look for a hotel. Luckily she fell asleep so we were able to drive straight into Anaheim without her knowing, she thought we were still by Vegas when she woke up because of the palm trees! We just stopped at the first hotel we could find within safe distance of Disney grabbed a quick dinner and rested for the night watching tv and jumping on the bed!!!
